• This initial registration fee will be deducted from the total payment amount in the future.

Full Payment:
Once the full payment is made and the payment screenshot is shared, we will send the project files within 5 to 10 minutes.

Half Payment:
For half payment, this amount will be considered as a 50% advance to start the project. If the 50% advance is paid for a completed project, we will not share the project source files. Instead, we can demonstrate the results and coding via remote software for your review.

1. Vendor Support: NXFEE provides vendor support only with the publications team and does not own any journals or conferences. We have given support only on Standard journal only in Free Publications.
2. Verification of Journals: Authors are encouraged to verify journals and links shared by NXFEE. Ensure the journals have proper ISSN, UGC, and Scopus certifications.

3. Journal Status: Scopus regularly verify and update their lists of journals, which can lead to journals being added or removed. For that, we focused only for Standard Journals of IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor Frances and so on. This type of journals will maintain the standard level every time, and this journal publication have moderate complication in peer review.
4. Publication Support: NXFEE offers support for review corrections, plagiarism checks, and template update, only we write the paper for publications. This paper correction and review update will not be provided more than 3 times.
5. Payment Process: Information about payment will be provided at the time of publication. For initial registration, we required 50% advance amount, after acceptance we required balance 50% amount of publications.
6. Refund Policy: If a paper is not accepted or published in a free journal, NXFEE will not provide any refund. The advance amount paid covers submission support for up to 10 free journals. If anyone journal accepts the paper, the service shall be considered successfully delivered. In case a refund is requested before acceptance, a processing fee will be deducted. The processing fee is calculated based on the number of journals handled, with an estimated cost of 5,000 per journal (For one publication we need spend 1 Day, Journal Format, cover letter preparation, Screenshot, Result, ORCID Id, Mail, and so on.), along with the extent of work completed and the time period involved in the publication process. No refunds will be issued after the paper is accepted or published.
7. Publications work Maintenance:  We maintain all the database, mail communication, and work details, in excel sheet during the publication process, if required you can collect the copy anytime and verify status of your journal.
8. Corrections Before Submission: Once the paper is submitted to the journal vendor, NXFEE cannot make any changes to the write-up. Ensure all corrections are made before submission, ex: Name, email-id, author details, etc.
9. Responsibility for Publication Support: NXFEE will take full responsibility for publication support only if the paper is written by NXFEE. If the author writes the paper themselves, NXFEE cannot be held responsible for the publication outcome. Additionally, if plagiarism correction is required for papers written by the author, an additional fee will be charged.
10. Comprehensive Publication Support: If NXFEE writes the paper, you will receive full publication support until the paper is published in a journal. This includes addressing and correcting any review comments during the publication process to ensure successful publication.

12. Journal Selection and Cost: Once you select a publication journal, we will provide details on the cost and duration of the publication process. Costs may vary depending on the selected journal.
13. Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the publication process. The balance amount is to be paid after the journal accepts your manuscript, and the acknowledgment is shared with you.
14. Journal Application: Manuscripts will be submitted to multiple journals, including both paid and unpaid options. You may also select alternative journals if desired.
15. Acknowledgment and Updates: We will provide updates on acknowledgment details and the processing status of your paper until it is accepted.
16. Alternative Journals: If your paper is accepted by an alternative journal, we will share relevant details for your review. You can choose to proceed with the alternative journal or withdraw your manuscript. Note: Once a paper is withdrawn from a journal, it cannot be resubmitted to the same journal, so please make decisions carefully.
17. Publication Timeline: The duration of the publication process depends on the selected journal and the support provided by the journal’s editorial team.
18. Email Usage: Only newly created email accounts will be used for the journal publication process. If you prefer to use your personal email address, this can be done “after acknowledgment.”
19. Reviewer Feedback and Revisions: NXFEE will handle reviewer feedback and any necessary revisions or resubmissions for both the selected and alternative journals.
20. Journal Rejected: If the journal Rejected, NXFEE will take care about the paper, with your guidance and we ready to publish the paper in some other journal, with the same advance amount.
21. Communication with Editorial Boards: If the publication process takes longer than expected, we will communicate with the journal’s editorial board to facilitate and expedite the process.
22. DOI and Indexing Support: After acceptance, we will ensure the paper is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and provide guidance on indexing in platforms like Scopus, Web of Science, or IEEE Explore (if applicable).
23. Proof and Final Formatting: Before final publication, we will assist in reviewing the journal proof and ensure that any necessary corrections are made. Final formatting will be double-checked to comply with the journal’s requirements.
24. Open Access and Licensing: If the selected journal offers open-access options, we will guide you on licensing agreements and associated fees (if applicable).
25. Post-Publication Assistance: After publication, we will provide support with queries related to your paper’s visibility, citation tracking, or resolving any issues with the journal.
26. Withdrawal Policy: If you wish to withdraw your manuscript from any journal during the process, this will be handled with caution, and alternative options will be suggested.
27. Conflict of Interest and Ethical Standards: We ensure that the manuscript adheres to the journal’s ethical standards, including conflict-of-interest declarations, data sharing policies, and authorship guidelines.
28. Publication and Development cost: The quotation for journal publications and development is valid for one year only. Each year, the cost of paper writing and publication may increase. Therefore, we cannot provide a fixed-rate quotation for the long duration of a Ph.D. program.

3. No Refunds After Full Payment: – Once the full payment is made and the project explanation video has been reviewed, no refunds will be issued. We can assist with corrections or address any questions related to the project.
4. Pre-Payment Verification: – Customers are strongly advised to review the output video file, request online support, or visit our office in person before making any payment.
5. Project Corrections: – After payment, corrections can still be made, but any changes to the project major new/update requirements will incur additional charges.
6. Post-Payment Support: – After payment, we will assist with any corrections, as well as any software, hardware, or coding-related queries.
7. Online Support Limitations: – Online support is limited to three sessions. The initial session will include comprehensive explanations (e.g., base paper, coding, project execution, and output). Subsequent sessions will focus on clarifying specific doubts.
8. Initial Support Timeline: – The initial support session must be completed within one month of purchase. If this session is requested after three months, additional charges will apply for project renewal (one-time explanation). After the initial session, we will continue to address your doubts without any time restrictions.
